Because all the products are built to order we currently do not accept refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (nscaler454@hotmail.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages caused by the shipping courier must be taken up with the shipping courier company.

3D Print resin Curing & WARPING
3D print resins require curing. All products are cured in a curing machine. Often the supports hide some areas of the product and it cannot be cured in the machine. If there is uncured resin, you can place product in the sunlight. UV rays cure resin. Resin always shrinks and can warp with curing, so it is not uncommon for products to change shape over time. It is advisable to use SUPER GLUE when securing resin parts.
